Estate Sale
One of our Estate Service Coordinators will meet with you at the location to give you a free written estimate after discussion of options available to you. Some of the Estate Sale services include sorting, pricing, staging,advertising and hosting your Estate Sale for 1- 3 days on site. We will assure personal items such as family pictures, paperwork and or cash. Once the sale is complete your wishes will be carried out as to what you wish to have done with items that do not sell. We advertise on many websites, including Facebook, craigslist and even in the newspaper. We have a list of vendors and a following of over 2700 on our personal site. NO CASH up front, we collect out of the proceeds.
Maid Service and clean up
Once your sale is complete or should you decide to have an off site sale we have a team who will sweep, mop, shampoo carpets (if requested) and detail your home. This is available at an hourly rate and can be taken out of the proceeds.
Home Repairs
30 plus years of home repairs and detailed construction. American Property Preservation will provide your home with the love it needs to have in order to transition to new owners or tenants.
Lawn Care
Getting your home ready for sale or to rent does not end with cleaning out the inside, your outer area needs attention also. Our Lawn Care Service and clean up and maintain your lawn for you. Prices will be determined based on the need.
